computersbehavingbadly started in 2002 to provide computer services to the local community of Samford, Brisbane.  I can come to your office or home, anywhere in the Brisbane area, or you can bring your problematic computer to me.  Services are provided on an ad-hoc, emergency or regularly scheduled basis.

For home/office visits, the standard charge is $40 call out fee plus $60 per hour.

For computers brought to me, just the hourly fee for labour is applicable.  Time is charged in 30 minute blocks.  The above rates are just for labour and any parts needed are extra.  All work is confirmed with the client prior to commencement.

Background

I have been working in the IT industry since 1988 and involved with computers since 1980.  I have worked for Government departments, private businesses and multinational companies.

I live in Samford Valley and run my business from home.
